Born and raised in Lakeland FL, Dean Boring has been with the company for 43 years. Starting as a part-time delivery driver and working his way through the various departments at Boring, Dean purchased Boring in 1980 from his father. With his years of experience Dean continued the growth of the company, joined the Copier Dealers Association (CDA), and eventually relocated the business to our present facilities at 950 East Main Street in Lakeland.

Within the community, Dean was elected to the Lakeland City Commission for 10 years, became a member and later President of the Lakeland Downtown Development Committee, and is a member of the Lakeland Rotary Club. He has also been involved with other committees and organizations, such as the Lakeland Chamber Chairman’s Circle, Leadership Lakeland Class 2, and the United Way.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys his free time on Anna Maria Island fishing and boating, as well as golf and watching the Tampa Bay Bucs and Florida Gators.
